By the end of the program timebox that has been assigned, we are able to give the objective an actual business value. This brings transparency and alignment to your teams.
Program objectives are aligned to a value stream and each objective has a program timebox. These objectives are part of the program roadmap, and may be associated with OKR’s.
Team objectives are aligned to a program objective for a team on a value stream. These objectives have both a planned, and an actual business value, and also may be associated with OKR’s.
